Responsibilities

Responsible for managing the introductory chemistry laboratories (both Chem 1312 and the lab portion of Chem 1310). This includes training and supervising the teaching assistants (TA's), planning the term's schedule, developing new laboratory procedures, and addressing questions raised by students, TA's, and solutions room personnel.

Teaching Interests

Chemical education, analytical chemistry instrumentation, college administration including undergraduate research, academic advising, and academic support.
