The goal of the Georgia Tech Chemistry and Biochemistry GAANN fellowship program is to make a significant contribution to satisfying the nation's needs for chemistry Ph.D.s who are optimally trained to embark on research and teaching careers. GAANN fellows are expected to participate in components of the Tech to Teaching Faculty Preparation program (i.e., complete one year of TA-ship; and/or participate in Georgia Tech Center for Enhancement of Teaching and Learning (CETL) seminars/courses and supervised instructional experiences). Graduate applications, transcripts, personal statements, and financial need will be considered by the GAANN Awards committee to determine finalists.
