The Student Affiliates of the American Chemical Society - Who are We?
Vision - Improving people's lives through the transforming power of chemistry.
Mission - To advance the broader chemistry enterprise and its practitioners for the benefit of the Earth and its people.

These broad internationals goals provide the bases for what we do, but we here in the Georgia Tech community have several additional goals in the department.
1) To increase fellowship among Chemistry and Biochemistry undergraduates.
2) To increase interaction with Chemistry/biochemsitry faculty and undergraduate students.
3) To reach out to the local community with Chemistry demonstrations.
