The Electronic Engineering and Support Service Center is located in room 3226 in the Molecular Sciences and Engineering ("MoSE") building. Services are available for faculty, staff and students who work in or adjunct with, the School of Chemistry and Biochemistry. Providing support for teaching and research since the late 1960's, formally the Electronics Shop, it has become an essential part of the School.

Engineering Support Center primarily supports teaching and research equipment. The primary support is instrumentation, computers controlling the instrument and the specialized software for instrumentation. The software support for instrumentation includes the instrumentation software, all Windows operating systems versions and some Linux versions. Support also extends to nearly any other equipment used in research. Additional services include consultation on electrical, electronics, mechanical, software and system level support.
